• The User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• The User Content does not contain any viruses or malicious code

Our AI-powered Services process data you provide to deliver insights, recommendations, and analysis. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• LolaHR.ai will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• The accuracy and quality of our Services' outputs depend on the accuracy and quality of the data you provide

8. Fees and Payment

The Services, including AI-generated content, analysis, and recommendations, are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, HR, or otherwise). You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any business decisions based on information obtained from the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOLAHR.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF £100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LOLAHR.AI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LolaHR.ai, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

13. Term and Termination

• We may delete your account and User Content
• You remain liable for all fees and charges incurred prior to termination
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability

15.2 Waiver and Severability

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of the Services. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the United Kingdom has embargoed goods or services.
